If you have already bought a ticket but want to transfer it to someone else, you will need to contact us. You can do that by submitting a new support request using the link at the top of this page. Make sure you provide us with the details of who you want to transfer the ticket to (name and email), and the reference of the ticket that you want to transfer. You can find the reference on the order confirmation email you received, or when viewing the ticket when signed in to the dance organiser's ticket office on DanceCloud.
Contacting us to transfer a ticket is a temporary solution for the pilot. It is our intention to let you do this yourself in the future. It just hasn't reached the top of our to-do list yet!
